Ingredients: sugar, apples, vinegar, treacle, ginger, garlic, salt, pepper

What can I do with Worcestershire sauce?

Use as an ingredient in the classic cocktail sauce, on bacon & eggs, as a glaze when cooking your favourite steak, the secret ingredient in my sausage rolls.

Cocktail sauce recipe

1/2 cup Mayonnaise or 1/4 cup mayo & 1/4 cup cream

1/4 cup tomato sauce

40ml Worcestershire sauce

half lemon juiced

salt & pepper

Splosh of Tabasco sauce, optional

Mix all of the ingredients till combined.
