Owner operator Louisa Morris is a qualified chef & baker

Louisa is a mother of three beautiful children who loves to make & create using quality ingredients as the medium.

 

Established in 1997, Louisa has made many wedding, christening, birthday & anniversary cakes for families in the north east of Victoria & beyond.

 

Louisa has won many awards within the fine food arena of Australia. She won Champion Preserve at the Hobart fine food awards in 2013, Gold at the Melbourne Fine Food Awards in 2014 and silver at the 2019 Sydney Royal Fine Food Show.

We love to use locally sourced ingredients from the finest farmers within the Hume Murray Food Bowl of Australia. We believe in building relationships with farmers to bring you the very best finished produce & flavours of the region.
